At Happy Grateful Living, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items not returned in original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@happygratefulliving.com with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
