Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship within Canada only.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $15 CAD
- Free Shipping: Orders over $199 CAD (before taxes), subject to size and weight limitations
Please note:
- Certain items may be excluded from flat rate or free shipping due to size, weight, or packaging requirements.
- If your order is considered oversized or overweight, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any extra fees.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- We currently do not offer shipping to the United States or international destinations.
4. Local Pickup (Sherwood Park, Alberta)
We are pleased to offer a free local pickup option for customers in the Sherwood Park area.
How it works:
- Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to avoid shipping fees.
- Orders will be ready for pickup within 48-36 hours of purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions and the exact address once your order is ready.
Pickup Details:
- Pickup location: Shared space with Onyx Counselling and Psychology
- Location is on the second floor (stairs access only)
- Upon arrival, please check in at the admin desk, and a staff member will retrieve your package

5. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
- Alberta: 1–3 business days
- Western Canada: 2–5 business days
- Eastern Canada: 4–10 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable Canadian shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and order size.
7. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
